About LCIT Department of Legal Studies

The Department of Legal Studies at the LCIT College of Commerce and Science has a tradition of imparting quality education, a noble task for more than 7 years. All-round development of the student is our motto. Beside academic quality, we also observe the cultural, social, and sports development of our students. We have a spacious library with a huge number of books. The students preparing for competitive exams are given special attention. Our sports and cultural departments are very active and achieve success every year. Traditional as well as professional courses are available according to the choice of the students. Our results are also very good. We have experienced and qualified faculties who put in a lot of effort to prepare responsible students for a better future.

Justice is a fluid idea that changes with time and geographical location. The current era is a technological era, so students must learn the technical aspects of traditional legal principles and techniques for applying those concepts in various complex scenarios in order to provide justice to both the wealthy and the socially marginalised members of our society. Because utility is one of the criteria for every field of knowledge, we emphasise utility-based education and use the imperial study model to help students understand the seriousness of legal studies and do justice wherever they go.
